1.  Log into the software: https://qdsapp.com

2.  In the upper right hand corner, click the drop down and select Settings.



3.  Choose a rating scale of 4 or 5. This is a personal preference. Some companies may choose to have a 4 scale where scores one and two are failing and where scores three and four are passing.  Other companies may choose a 5 scale where a score of three would be lukewarm/neutral.


4. Determine a failing score.  The score, and any scores below that score will be considered failing.  It is important to not that you change your rating score at any time. However, all data will be lost so it is best to choose your rating scale prior to sending your first survey.

5.  Enter your Google Place, FB, and Yelp ID.  Please note that (and this is important!), that we are not asking for your company's URL from your browser. Instead, we need actual IDs.  See instructions here.  If this is something that you would like for us to set up for you, please email us!  We'd be happy to do this step for you..

6.  Go to Accounts (same drop down on the upper right) and select Account.  Upload your logo that you want included in surveys.

6.  Go to Surveys

7.  Click Templates, then View All

8.  Customize the default template or create a new Survey Template.

9.  You are all ready to Send a Survey!
