In this field you will decide on the numeric score that you deem to be failing.
When a client reports an unsatisfactory service, the software will trigger reports, email alerts, and other functionalities based on this score. For example, if you use a scale of 1-5 and set the failing score to 3, clients that score your service a 3 or below will land in the Client Watchlist. In addition, clients will see a list of service areas to pinpoint exact areas that needed improvement.
