Choose a name that will classify what type of survey you are creating. You will be able to filter surveys by the Template Name, so you want to choose wisely. Consider "Template Name" to be synonymous with "Survey Type".
For example, in the cleaning industry, you might have three types of surveys you want to send: Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Customer Service. You would want to create three different surveys with these names: 1) Residential, 2) Commercial and 3) Customer Service.
These are just examples, of course. You can choose any survey type/template name you want.
