Step 1: Choose your scale icons
Click on the down arrow for more options. Once you choose a scale icon option, you will be given access to customize the scale.
Step 2: Customize the Scale
Your customers will have a chance to click on their icon that corresponds with their score. The wording of their score is customizable, as is the post survey message that they receive once they submit a score. If you would like, you can even create a customized landing page on your website and insert the url in the "Post Survey URL" and it will direct your customers to that page.
The default template comes with sample wording, but you can also make it a bit more customizable using suggestions, below. In a 5 scale, there will be a neutral option (3). In a 4 scale, there will be two degrees of satisfied and two degrees of unsatisfaction.
Score 1-
Description: I am extremely angry.
Post Survey Message: We always want to provide excellent service, but unfortunately we fell short this time. We take all feedback seriously and your concerns will be addressed. We will contact you immediately.
Score 2-
Description: I am not satisfied.
Post Survey Message: We always want to provide excellent service, but unfortunately we fell short this time. We take all feedback seriously and your concerns will be addressed. We will contact you immediately.
Score 3-
Description: Satisfied...but could use improvement.
Post Survey Message: Thank you for your feedback. If you haven't already, please give us specifics as to what we could have done to provide you with an amazing experience by replying to the original survey. Thanks in advance!
