1.  Click the "Survey" tab on the left-hand menu.


2.  Click the "Send a Survey" drop down. 


3.  You need to either create your own Excel file or download from your scheduling software (see other instructions for specific software programs).  
 
 Review the csv file for any errors such as duplicate jobs, customers with no email addresses (delete), any customers you wouldn't want to send to, etc.


a.  The spreadsheet MUST BE SAVED AS A CSV FILE.  


You will get this warning.  Click "Continue"



b.  The column headers MUST BE IN THE EXACT FORMAT LISTED BELOW (also listed on the "Import CSV" screen on the survey software.


c.  The only required field is the client email.  All other fields are optional.

i.  If your client doesn't have an email, but you want to import their data, use this suggested format:  i.e.  Client's name is Jane Doe.  Recommended "fake" client email format would be noemail@janedoe.com


d.  Recommended import fields:  service date, client first and last name, client email, client contact phone number, and the employees names who performed the service.

job_id service_date client_first_name client_last_name client_name client_email client_mobile client_contact_number employee_names

4.  Choose the CSV file you just created or exported from your scheduling software.

5.  Select the Survey Template you want to use.

6.  "Save and Send" your survey.
