1.  When you import a CSV that has a missing required "client email", you will get an error message.

2.  You need to go back to your CSV file and fix the error listed in red.  Save the "fixed" CSV file.


3.  On the "Import CSV File" screen, click the "Start Over" button and repeat the steps to import your CSV.  Once all fields are correct and you've completed all the necessary fields, choose "Save and Send" your survey.
