1. Click on the "Service Date" Field
a. Select any of the "quick pick" choices or click on "custom" and enter your specific date range.
2. Choose the employee whose results you want to view.
3. Click "Apply Filter"
4. You will see your results for the returned and lack of response surveys by the selected client, for the date range you selected.
If you would like to see scores without a service date, clear your service date and select apply.
