1.  The most important thing to remember is that the Dashboard will display the last 14 days of data.  For all other time periods, you need to go to the Reports section.


2.  The Dashboard will refresh automatically every 15 minutes.  


3.  Complaint Issues box will only show data:

a.  IF you have received a failing score and someone checked a complaint issue box(es) in the last 7 days.

b.  Complaint issues were set up when creating the Survey Template.


4.  The main Dashboard screen (showing Latest Responses) is a good screen to have projected in your staff or office area to see live data as it becomes available.
