The Client Watchlist notifies you of which client has gotten a low enough score that puts your company at risk for losing that client.


1. Any survey with a failing score or a score drop of any kind will display on this tab.  Only data from the last 14 days will automatically be displayed.


2. When you click on Survey ID, it will open up that individual survey.  You can see which employees performed the service and any comments written by the client.


3. All client names are clickable. When you click on the client name it will take you to the Client's Scorecard.


4.  Under the column "Reason", you will see either "Failing Score" or "Score Drop" listed for the reason this survey landed on the Client Watchlist.


5. You cannot edit a survey on this screen. To edit a survey, go to the "Surveys" tab and locate the survey you want to edit.
