If you want to send surveys without importing a CSV (a comma separated Excel file), you can do so by selecting clients and employees. You can send to a single client or select multiple clients who all had jobs completed by a single employee or a single team.   This might be the preferred method for:

  • A small office who wants to send to clients who received service from the same employee or team.
  • An office who doesn't want to create and import a CSV file
  • An office who doesn't use the scheduling softwares who have created an export link for Quality Driven users.  (scheduling softwares with Quality Driven export links are:  ZenMaid, Maid Easy, Service Autopilot)

Step 1 - Go to the Survey tab, and click the "Send a Survey" dropdown.  Select "Create an Individual Survey"



Step 2 - Select a single client, or multiple clients.  (Clients can be added by clicking "Add New" or by going to the Client tab and adding them in that location)


Step 3 - Enter the date of service.  This field is optional, but we highly recommend entering the service date as this is the date field used for searching. 


Step 4 - Select a single employee or multiple employees for sending surveys by team.  (Employees can be added by clicking "Add New" or by going to the Employee tab and adding them in that location)


Step 5 - Select your survey template.


Step 6 - Survey type will be email


Step 7 - To Schedule the Survey

  • Select the date and time you want to send the survey
  • Click "Save and Schedule" and the surveys will be cued for sending
  • If you want to edit or delete any surveys cued for sending, go to the "Send a Survey" dropdown and select "Scheduled".  Filter by the service date and hit "Apply Filter"
Step 8 - To Send Immediately, click "Save and Send Now"
