There are times that someone may call you on the phone or send you a text with feedback from a service. Here is how you would enter that survey:
Click Surveys on the left side menu
Send a Survey
Create Individual Survey
Enter Survey Information. On Survey Type, select Phone (or QA, card, or other)
Save Only
Enter in information and Save
