It is important to note that is what is needed here is not your browser URL links to your Yelp page. To do that will get you banned from Yelp, and, your links will appear broken when a customer clicks on them.
Instead, what you need in this area is your company's identifying ID.
Here is how to do each step for Yelp:
1. Go to Yelp and find your company's page. The URL in the browser window will look something like: https://www.yelp.com/biz/samplecompanyname-4-sandiego-biz-09
2. The ID here (and what you would add in the field) is: samplecompanyname-4-sandiego-biz-09
3. Be sure to send yourself a survey to test each link!
