If you are a Service Autopilot user and want to be able to send your surveys based on what services, the client received, here's an explanation of how to sort and send based on services.  


1.  In Service Autopilot, go to Scheduling>Reports>Lists>Export for Quality Driven Software

2.  Choose your date range, export and download the csv.

3.  Open the csv, click on the column that has the services listed (should be column B) to select that entire column.  

4.  Find the "Filter A to Z".  It should ask you if you want to "expand the selection".  You do want to expand the selection, so that all the rows are sorted at the same time (not just column B).

5.  Save your csv.

6.  In QDS, go to Surveys>Send a Survey>Import CSV 

7.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the csv file you just saved.

8.  Choose the survey you want to use.

9.  Either schedule when you want to send the surveys, or "Import and Send" to send immediately.
