In order to add your review sites to your landing page templates, you'll first need to add them to your Settings. Here is the process, start to finish:
1. Go to Settings (top right drop down next to your name).
2. Scroll down on that page and enter your Google, FB, Yelp, AL, and or HA links. If you need specific help with this process, CLICK HERE for each specific link instruction.
3. Save
4. Go to Surveys
5. Click on the Templates tab.
6. View All
7. Find the template you want to add your review link to and edit. (Far right pencil icon)
8. Select the second tab called Scale.
9. Scroll down a bit to the second section called Customize Your Scale.
10. Click on either the 4 and or 5 rating. If you want both your 4s and 5s to be directed to your Google, FB, Yelp, etc, then you will want to add your links to both pages. It's completely your call - some companies only want perfect "5 stars" to be directed while others (most) are ok with both 4s and 5s being directed. If you do end up entering in both 4s and 5s, you can copy/paste the content from one to another so that you don't have to recreate formatting from scratch.
11. In the body of your post landing page, place your cursor where you want your new link to go
12. Click on the first blue tab called Merge Fields.
13. Select the link you want to use.
14. Save (repeat for both the 4s and 5s if you want the link in both, or copy/paste)
15. Send yourself a test survey to make sure everything is aligned properly.
