Yes - you can do a few things:
1. Get your staff to buy in. If they are earning bonuses for online reviews, they'll help encourage your clients to rate you online.
2. When you get a 5 star, be sure to follow up with those people. I usually emailed them weekly to say, "Hey - glad you were happy. Can I send you info on how to post an online review? I get asked for references all the time and online reviews are that reference since I never want to give out my customer's personal info". Then, once they give you permission, email them the links to your pages. So, by the time they leave you a 5 star, they've been asked three times: Once from the QDS landing page, once by you personally, and the third time by the instructional email.
3. Offer them a "Thank you for your time" gift. Say, "I'd love to send y ou a small thank you gift for taking the time to rate us. Please let me know when you post so that I can send you a gift from me. I usually sent a $5 Starbucks gift card.
4, Back to #1 -Hold a staff contest. The most online reviews at the end gets a bonus.
