Why aren't I getting more social reviews?
This is a common question that comes up when you first start using QDS. Here's a little information to help you understand what QDS can and cannot do:
- The survey comments that come back from the client cannot be automatically posted to a social review site. That is against all social platform rules (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc). QDS helps keep open lines of communication with your clients. It is an opportunity to quickly see and address concerns.
The core purposes of QDS is client retention and Employee Performance Tracking. Getting social reviews is just a small added benefit, not the main focus, of the software.
