To add a logo to your QDS first we will need to have it downloaded to your pc, this can be done by saving it to your computer from any place it appears if you don't have it already (your website, Facebook, etc.) 


Then in your QDS account we will want to go into your "My Account" settings which can be found under your account name at the top right.



Once we are in the right menu the logo settings should be on your right, to input your logo we simply need to click the upload new image button and then in your file explorer find the image you are wanting to use as your logo and hit open and just like that you have your logo in QDS. Now that we have that we are going to want to add that to our survey for our client s to see, so we are going to navigate to the survey tab and select "Templates" and head to "View All", from there we will hit the pencil on the right hand side of the template we want to add our logo to and this will bring us to the edit menu, from here we can add the logo to both the scale and email tabs by clicking the top where it says "Merge Fields" and then clicking the "Logo" option. Just like that you have your very own logo attached to all of your QDS surveys.
