  • Event = Appointment Status Updated
  • Connect ZM to Zapier
  • Test Trigger
  • Hit Continue

QDS (by Invite)

  • Job ID = ID
  • Service Date = Appointment Status Completed (this is the one thing I’m not sure of.  I know it isn’t Start Date)
  • Client ID = Customer ID
  • Client First Name = Customer First Name
  • Client Last Name = Customer Last Name
  • Client Full Name = Customer Full Name
  • Client Email = Email Address
  • Client Mobile Number = Customer Formatted Phone Number
  • Contact Number = Customer Formatted Phone Number
  • Client Status = Active
  • Branch ID = leave blank
  • Branch Name = leave blank
  • Employees (CSV) = Employee Name or Jobs Assigned to
