How to Automate complaint tracking and how to set up HR settings -> Basically, putting your policies what you allow and the timeframe in which you allow it and then saving it under HR Permissions settings

Automated Complaint - meaning that the system generated that Disciplinary actions themselves. All this does is just track it for you or tell you where your employees at in the system based on the way you had your policy set up.

You can edit your Disciplinary Programs under Settings -> My Account -> HR Permissions.

You can allow 2 Warnings for Level 1, 1 is Verbal and 1 is Written. Same as Level 2 and Level 3 and you can change the TimeFrame (Monthly, Weekly, Annually, Quarterly, Biannually) depending on how you want it set up the way you would.

In that way, whenever a client sends back a failing score, it's going to automatically be registered as a Complaint in the Disciplinary Process inside of QDS.
